Great location and comfortable stay!
I recently stayed for three nights in a Premium King Room with City View. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from key attractions, and the room was spacious and well-designed, offering a stunning view of the Empire State Building. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, and I appreciated the clean and comfortable ambiance. However, I found the restaurant's hours to be somewhat inconsistent, which could use improvement.

The view from my room was incredible, like I was living in a painting featuring the Empire State Building at sunset. The staff was so attentive they practically anticipated my needs before I even knew them—like having a personal concierge who also does magic tricks! The nightly wine hour was a delightful way to unwind, with more charm than a cozy neighborhood bar.
Occasional street noise

It was just a nice choice for a short weekend trip in New York with great value for the money. The hotel breakfast was expensive, but really nice, and the manager at The Vine was super helpful. Just be cautious of the bike lanes when heading out. they can be tricky to navigate.

The view of the Empire State Building from our high floor room was stunning, and the comfortable bed really helped us unwind after long days. There are great relaxation spots like the lobby bar and a cozy lounge area to kick back in. Just a heads-up, we requested a higher-level room, but ended up on the 9th floor instead, which was a bit of a bummer! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jun 29inconvenient service
We encountered some hiccups with breakfast service, as the usual hot sit-down meal was missing that Sunday, leaving only slow counter service available. The elimination of conveniences like lobby coffee and daily water urns felt like a downgrade compared to previous stays, and access to ice was comically inconvenient, sending us on a scavenger hunt to a hidden machine on the 5th floor instead of having a simple bucket in the room.

My recent stay at Kimpton was highly enjoyable. The room was modern, clean, and perfectly suited for a business traveler. The staff were attentive, promptly providing extra pillows within 10 minutes of request. The complimentary coffee and detox tea in the morning was also a nice touch. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to Herald Square and various restaurants.

I had a good experience with the room. It was spacious and clean, which is a big plus in NYC. The modern shower was amazing, and I felt really comfortable overall. The views outside were stunning, especially of the Empire State Building. Only downside was it got a bit noisy sometimes, but nothing too crazy. The bathroom was also nice and roomy, which I appreciated.
